I was not far from Morzine and Avoriaz, town centre and river thanks to its fab location. All in all everything was modern, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge...

The host was excellent and very proactive in answering our questions during our stay. the apartment had a great kitchen with nice touches like a nutra-bullet mixer for smoothies and a Nespresso machine. the location was very convenient, close to a supermarket and a swimming pool, as well as being near a running path and riding stables. the parking was good and there was a separate boot room to store bikes.
It was a bit of a walk to the skiing area, so it's best to hire a locker at the lift. for the price, I would have expected to have enough toilet paper provided and not have to go buy more at the supermarket.

The location was perfect for our family, with an Olympic-sized swimming pool, nearby tennis courts, and the Super Morzine bubble lift just a few minutes' walk away. We enjoyed breathtaking views of the iconic mountains from our balcony, where we could access popular hiking routes in the summer. The peaceful walk along the river Dranse in the beautiful valley was a definite highlight. The chalet itself is ideal for big groups and families, and it even has a separate cave for ski equipment. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it for families looking for a memorable vacation.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been even better if there were more child-friendly amenities.

the accommodation was spacious, with large bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was perfect for our two families. the location was great, with a well-stocked supermarket and local buses nearby. We also enjoyed the convenience of having various amenities within walking distance.
One small issue was that the bedroom window opened onto the ground floor balcony, which made us feel a bit exposed. We also found it a bit inconvenient that the main skiing area was a 10-15 minute walk away, so we had to hire a locker at the lift for our skiing equipment.
